The hub sits behind three unlock requirements: play for two hours in a single session to earn the free Trading Phone from the Guide, complete the Trade License in the Safety Hub, and own at least one Neon pet. Once all three are done, equip the phone from Inventory → Toys, open it, and summon a hot air balloon to fly from Adoption Island to the hub.
Two NPCs run the system. Robo Todd handles outgoing listings—you pick what you offer, what you want in return, and your post goes live across every server. Each listing costs 100 Bucks, and you can keep two active at once. Robo Rob handles search: enter the trade you want, and the engine scans boards for exact matches or similar offers if nothing fits. When you list a pet or offer one on someone else's post, that pet locks in your inventory until you remove the listing or the offer clears. You cannot equip, modify, or trade it elsewhere while locked, which keeps hub listings real and completable.
The phone still works outside the hub. In a regular Adopt Me server you can check active listings, read incoming offers, and view trade history from the four-option menu. You cannot create new listings or edit existing ones unless you fly back to the hub—posting and adjusting stays a hub-only action. That split matters for traders who expected to manage everything from anywhere: plan hub trips before you relist, and budget Bucks for the 100-Buck posting fee.
The hub launched the same day the Bee Pass ended. Sunflower Friend and Violet Friend are now closed-supply pets—no more daily resets, no more repeat grinds. Early August listings should treat them like post-event exclusives, not Bee Pass repeatables. Camp-era holds (Tealwood Monster, Stygian Owl, Rainbow Trout) and wagon pets (General Sheepdog, Chestnut Glyptodon) still trade on different scarcity curves; do not bundle them with hub-era Bee Pass pets in a single Mega quote. PS99: Plant & Combine hides a Trading Booth in Sunflower Gifts
BIG Games shipped Pet Simulator 99 Update 87 on August 1, 2026, branded Plant & Combine. Pro Trading Plaza still requires five Huge pets or one Titanic. Brainrot Update 60: Summer Fuse closes for good
Saturday, August 1, marked Steal a Brainrot Update 60 and the permanent removal of the Summer Fuse machine. Update 59 names (Crystal mutation, Spain Event brainrots Toro Españolo and Chicleteira Champeona, five Los Traders secrets) are now a week old. August 1 is when recipe premiums either normalize or get repriced around Update 60's new content. Player trades remain barter-only through the permanent GUI and Trading Plaza; document income per second, traits, and exact names on Steal a Brainrot trades.
